1️⃣ Prepare cream: mix vanilla pudding powder with 250 ml of milk smoothly, bring the remaining 350 ml of milk to boil and stir the mixture until it thickens. Add sugar to taste and let cool. Then mix in the butter until a smooth cream forms.
2️⃣ Prepare the dough: boil water and butter, add flour and baking powder and stir vigorously. Let it cool, then stir the eggs one by one and mix on the highest level for 2-3 minutes.
3️⃣ Baking: cut the dough in half, spread half on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Repeat for the second half and let both floors cool.
4️⃣ Put it together: Coat one floor with cream and lay the second floor on it. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
