EASY and QUICK CREAMY, AND FLAVORFUL CHEESECAKE.

1. Crust: Mix Graham crackers with butter, press into a springform pan, and chill.

2. Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, cornstarch, and eggs. Pour over the crust.

3. Bake: Bake in a water bath at 325 °F for 60-70 min. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.

4. Caramel: Heat sugar and water until golden, then pour over the chilled cheesecake.
