Banana Pancakes with Healthy Oats

👩 🍳 Preparation mode:
1. In a bowl, crush the bananas with a fork until mash them 🍌➡️🍯
2. Add eggs, oats, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Mix well until it forms a creamy dough crem
3. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes so that the oats are well hydrated ⏱️
4. Heat a nonstick pan with a little coconut oil art🔥
5. Pour small portions of the mixture and cook on medium-low for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown ✨
6. Serve with fruit, yogurt, honey or whatever you love! 🍓🍯🥥
