2 tbsp olive oil
For the Mushroom Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
